ST16 Waiver

Caution
If you are asked to sign a site agreement containing a section, possible headed, "ST16
Waiver", and commencing, "Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained or
implied in this site agreement, any failure or refusal by the Park Owner to exercise any
right to review any Site Rent or other charge payable under this site agreement......"
immediately refer the site agreement to your Solicitor for advice.
Urgent Advice!
Some members have been told that they must now (under the new Act) sign a new
agreement.
This is not true and you have the right to keep your existing site agreement.
Further, some park owners are attempting to have both new residents and residents with
existing site agreements, sign a new agreement which has attached to it 14 pages of
"Special Terms".
